Hi everyone! When I initially attempt to open a Word document (Word 2003), I get a gray screen. After I close the document and reopen it the text shows up. This has only recently been a problem, I think since the SP3 was installed for XP. Is there a fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. -- Sincerely, Jeff
