I'm using Microsoft Office 2007 English Version installed by retail DVD, when I try to convert traditional Chinese to simplified Chinese, an error message will appear " Word is unable to proceed. More than one file necessary to do TC/SC is missing. " How can fix this problem?
Hi Kristie, Did you upgrade from a previous version of MS Office to this version and if so did you have proofing tools for Chinese in the previous version? If you open Excel 2007 and check the Review tab do ou have a 'Chinese Translation' section? If you check Office Button=>Word Options=>Add-Ins what add-ins are listed? Was this a boxed Microsoft Office 2007 product purchased locally? ================== <<"Kristie" wrote in message news:80BB5F74-189E-41C8-8083-3DB5E1C64E0C@microsoft.com... Hi, I had the same problem before. But it has been solved after installing MS Language Pack (Traditional Chinese, I bought it on-line).
