I have a Japanese user in Japan that is having a problem with webmail. He can not send email through web access, while we can receive email. He receives an error that says, language support issue at the email server. Webmail worked fine on his Japanese laptop while in the US however as soon as he returned to Japan, this issue can up. Is this more of an IIS support issue or Exchange? Iâm running Exchange 2003 Enterprise with SP2. Any feedback is appreciated.
