My new problem is how to get rid of the page number on the first page of a report. I looked at the page layout->layout tab, I couldnot find anything about headers and footers as described in the online Word help there or on any of the other tabs. I tried also a google search on this problem and did not find a solution. TIA, Pete
On the Layout tab of Page Layout | Page Setup | Page Setup, check the box for "Different first page." -- Suzanne S.
