One of my clients is using Word 2002 SP3 and has a 'style' and 'modify style' option under the Format menu. Her assistant does not have this option (but she does have the 'style & formatting' option. Does anyone know how to add these to her menu?
Tools > Customize Although you can right-click on styles in the task pane and select modify from there, as well. You can also change Word to give you the old Styles dialog when you want it (in addition to the task pane). http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm#Word_2003 http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/CustomizingWord2002.htm -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
