Re: default picture file location
Word will revert to the last used folder only if you *don't* have a default
clip art path defined. If you have defined one, you can't change it to
nothing, so a Registry edit is required to undefine it (by editing or
deleting the key). I don't have the exact Registry key at my fingertips, but
if you can't figure it out by looking, I expect Mary Sauer or someone else
will be along to provide it.
Note that, with no default defined, Word will default to My Pictures the
first time you insert a picture in any Word session but thereafter will
default to the last-used folder.
