Hi, I have a problem just turned up on my daughters laptop. When she finds an image on google that she wants to insert she would normally copy and paste but for the last few weeks this has not worked. When she pastes the image appears blank but placeholder size is there. The clipboard has the "copy" but cannot display the image. If she "save as" the image then inserts it is OK and if she copies the inserted image and then pastes that works as well. The same problem occurs with images sent on email (copy and paste). I have looked at placeholer and image settings in the options but cannot find a solution there. Any ideas?? Martin
