How do I make the color of the "Phase" field correspond with the color highlighted on the dates of the calender? Also, which dates do I select (the dates of the Phase or the dates on the calender) when i want to get the Format tabe to pop up? When I select the dates in the Phase field Text Box tools pops up with a Format tab but there is not Borders and Shading option or Current selection option only Text, Text box, Shadow Effects, 3-d effects, Arrange and Size tabs are available. I followed the directions but I dont understand how to make the dates I change for the different phases apply to the dates on the calender.
