Black box when graphic is printed   

I inserted a logo in jpg format into a word document.  On print preview, 
everything looks fine.  when I print, I get a black box over the picture.  I 
am using office 2003.  Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

I cannot tell you why it happens, but I've had the same issue in Word 03 & 
07. I finally reinserted the picture or graphic and it resolved the issue.
