forms
I am creating a form for wedding rehearsals. When I lock the form and use
it, the text moves over the next "item". For example:
Name: text goes here Date: text goes here

When I type in the name, the entire date section moves over. How do I
prevent this from happening? Hope this makes sense:-)

Insert a table. You could use just two cells, but I'll suggest four cells,
putting each label and each form field into a separate cell. Click Table >
AutoFit > Fixed Column Width (or in Word 2007 it's Table Tools > Layout >
AutoFit > Fixed Column Width) to prevent the cells from expanding sideways
when you type in them.

You can turn off the table's borders if you don't want them.
