After migrating from 2003 to 2007, the Ctrl+P shortcut sometimes gives me the dialogue box to choose a printer and sometimes just goes to Quick Print and prints to the default. I did a Ctrl+Alt+NumPlus then Ctrl+P to see what the Ctrl+P shortcut was assigned to in that document and it showed "iManAutoMacro.AutoMacro.FilePrintBinding" as the command that's running for Ctrl+P. Can anyone help me?
It would appear that you have an add-in that is overriding the shortcut with a macro that hijacks the command (or, if this happens just in certain documents, then the macro may be in the document or document template). Does iMan suggest anything to you (some sort of file management application, or something specific to the printer)? -- Suzanne S.
