Gmail as hyperlink default
Hello -

I an running Office 2000 SR-1 Pro. When I create a email hyperlink in Word,
I would like the default send and receive address to be my gmail account.
I'd appreciate any help.

as long as Gmail can only be run in a browser (and not in a proper email
application), this won't be possible IMHO.

Gmail accounts can use POP, IMAP, and SMTP; I send mail from Word through
Gmail routinely.

ah, cool, I didn't know that -- thanks! :-)

[Going to set it up using IMAP, right away ...]

Robbie: are you using a mail application like Outlook, OutlookExpess,
Thunderbird already to send emails through your GMail account?
