When I try to use Microsoft Word it asks me to enter a 25 digit Product Key which I have obtained from the label on the bottom of my laptop. It will only allow me to enter 24 character then I get the message "The key is incorrect. Verify that you have the correct key, then retype it" I am sure it is the correct number. The problem seems to be it will only accept 24 figures....
Are you sure you're not typing a space anywhere? Usually the entry form has five slots, each of which accommodates five characters. -- Suzanne S.
