How do you remove frames or drawing canvas from a word 2007 which has been converted from another software by OCR. Looking for a way to do this by a select all and delete type method or way to go in and remove coding??? Suggestions?
Ctrl+A, Ctrl+Q will probably do it. -- Suzanne S. The type of OCR software that formats the document with frames to maintain the document layout in Word, produces a document that is very difficult to edit. You can remove the frames but by doing so you will almost certainly wreck the layout. It is often better with such software to OCR to plain text and add the formatting later. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> nip wrote: > How do you remove frames or drawing canvas from a word 2007 which has > been converted from another software by OCR.
