Everytime I open new word document or open saved word documents, there is a split appeared on the left side of the screen, as if it was been in a read lay out but not. I try to click remove split and it works but when i start new document it appear again. what should I do to remove this totally?
If this is a vertical split, it sounds like you have clicked thumbnails on.
