Why won't my hyperlinks work in an emailed file?
I created an index with Hyperlinks. When I email the file, the links have
been changed to my local files and are therefore dead links. What happened?

you create the links in a document and attach it to an email? Or send it
directly from Word? Or you create the links directly in an email
message? In what application? What is the target of the hyperlinks?
Where is it stored? Do you know what email application your recipient has?
