Hi, I am using Word 2002. If I create a word document and modify it, I can see all the changes in the document if in the 'Display for Review' box I click on 'Original Showing Markup' and under 'Show' I click on 'Insertions and Deletions'. When I am done making my changes I change the 'Display for Review' box to 'Final' and then email the document as an attachment. When the recipient opens the document they cannot see the changes. If they change the 'Display for Review' box to 'Original Showing Markup' and under 'Show' they select 'Insertions and Deletions' then they can see the changes. How can I prevent someone else from seeing these changes? Thanks in advance, JeffH
Changing the view does just that; it doesn't change the content of the document. If you don't want markup to be seen, you must accept all the changes.
