Adding Spanish   

I'm using Word 2002 and have added the Spanish (Mx) keyboard layout.
Every time I start to use a Spanish document, I get a menu that wants
me to install the Spanish Modern Sort feature.  I didn't ask for that
and don't want it.  How do I kill off the menu?
