Problem with converting html file to Word   

Hi,
I'm facing a problem while converting a html page into the word document.
In the html page, i have text wrapped around the image using DIV and STYLE 
tags.
I'm inserting the html into the WORD2000 using Insert->File menu of WORD.

I have to somehow manage to show the text and image wrapped properly in WORD 
2000. For this either i have to change the html pages which can show up 
properly in both WEB BROWSER(IE) and WORD as well.
