converting .HTML files to .doc suing Office 2000   

Hi The esteemed group,
I am looking for a  .html to .doc or .rtf converter, using Office
2000. Is there any such utility available? The .html files  has images
as well as text.
I cannot copy and paste in a new Word doc. The system hangs and I have
to use the task manager to close the hung page.
Please advice.

Hi Raj,

What happens if you use File=>Open in Word to open the HTML files then File=>Save as to Save as Word document?
