I have a list of names & addresses that I use to print on Avery #8160 labels to send Christmas cards with. On my old computer this list was created in a program in Ami Pro. I now have a new HP computer with XP and transferred the list to my new computer in MS Word. I can open the list of names, click on Tools and then on "Envelopes & Labels" This brings up a box, and from there I can print only one single name & address, or a full page of 30 labels of the same label. I want to print the list of 30 different labels. I have tried to highlight the whole list of names, but that didn't work. The instructions say to click on "New document". When I do that, I get a full page of one name & address. Can anyone help me to solve this? TVMIA Barry
