I am using Word 2007. None of my friends who are using Word 2003 can open my files I created. How can I create compatible documents? Thanks, AJS
To do it ad hoc, click the Office button, Save As, and set Save as type: to Word 97-2003 document. To make it happen all the time, click Office - Word Options - Save tab, and set Save files in this format to Word 97-2003 document. Note: the Office button is the Office logo in the upper left corner of the Word window -- just to the left of the Home tab. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "AJS" wrote in message news:%236MpAXNHIHA.4584@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... >I am using Word 2007.
