Avaoid a txt to xml conversion in Word 2003   

Hi.

Does anyone know how to avoid that Word 2003 wants to convert my txt
file into a xml file when opening the file in Word?

The txt file apparently contains some structures(?) that triggers a
conversion to xml.


I want that Word opens the file as a txt file (as it is) - and not
converts the file / prompts me with the 'Convert file' dialog.
