Mike,

If she is using Word 2007, then it would be best to tell her to use the
SaveAs option and give the file versions.  We have had a few problems with
Word 2007 loosing data.  Not sure as of yet if it's due to Word itself or
our network.  Also keep in mind that we have as well ran into some problems
with the Word 2007 backup.  Word 2007 in a few cases will not check the
backup version date to the original and in doing so will automatically
replace the original.
