Suddenly i can't bring up an jpeg files which are in their own folders. I get the scrren of all 00000000 and a message that a report should be sent to microsoft Any photos that are in a doc file will comes up just fine. Does anyone know how I can get to see my photos? -- Laraine
This seems like a problem with file associations. Right-click the icon for a JPEG file, click Open With, and then click Choose Program. Locate the appropriate application.
