Problems using mouse to move in document and no acces to word opti
When the user chooses “new” the window that opens looks like it did in word
2003. When he open a template he can’t use the mouse to move the marker, he
have to use the Tab button on the keyboard.
When opening the Word Options he can’t look at anything else then Popular.
Nothing happens when he tries to click on advances , display or any other
button.
If I log on as administrator or with anointer domain account, word works
correct. The user say he haven’t done anything but that’s what they always
says. If anyone have any idea what’s wrong, please let me know.

This problem has been reported many times in the newsgroups. For example,
read
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.word.application.errors/browse_thread/thread/7acb2108423c4023/db585d56149fd803?hl=en&lnk=st&q=#db585d56149fd803.

The solution for most people has been to delete Word's Data key in the
registry and let Word rebuild it. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm for instructions,
and note that the version number for Word 2007 is "12.0".
