When the user chooses ânewâ the window that opens looks like it did in word 2003. When he open a template he canât use the mouse to move the marker, he have to use the Tab button on the keyboard. When opening the Word Options he canât look at anything else then Popular. Nothing happens when he tries to click on advances , display or any other button. If I log on as administrator or with anointer domain account, word works correct. The user say he havenât done anything but thatâs what they always says. If anyone have any idea whatâs wrong, please let me know.

For example, read http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.word.application.errors/browse_thread/thread/7acb2108423c4023/db585d56149fd803?hl=en&lnk=st&q=#db585d56149fd803. The solution for most people has been to delete Word's Data key in the registry and let Word rebuild it. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm for instructions, and note that the version number for Word 2007 is "12.0". -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
