I have received an e-mail message with a file attached that contained equations written in Word's equation editor. When I open the file, the equations are not displayed. I can attempt to open the equations, but I get an "Error! Not a valid embedded object." message. I have tried to convert the equations, but to no avail. Advice?
Run setup and choose to install the equation editor. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "tcteacher" wrote in message news:96DBBF6B-D8AA-4FC3-B3BE-9EEFEA327444@microsoft.com... >I have received an e-mail message with a file attached that contained > equations written in Word's equation editor. I will try that, thanks. I was able to copy and paste my document in WordPad as a temporary solution.
