Outlook 2007 Error
I keep getting this message with Outlook 2007:
'The required file naCmnLib71.dll cannot be found in your path. Install
Microsoft Outlook again.'
Then Outlook closes.
I have run the diagnostics - re-installed Outlook
Nothing works.
Help Please

That DLL appears to be a Network Associates (McAfee) file. Did you remove
some version of McAfee antivirus software at some point?

Re: Outlook 2007 Error
I had mcafee anti-virus installed. I uninstalled it and installed the
anti-virus and firewall software my isp, charter.net, provides and the
problem went away. It appears to be a mcafee problem. I hope my new
anti-virus software is at least as good.

Thanks for replying.

With Outlook closed, try deleting the file extend.dat, found in the (usually
hidden) folder
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (for WIndows
XP/2000) or, I believe, %UserProfile%\Local\AppData\Microsoft\Outlook for
Vista.
