IE7 - Vista - UAC - Java Snot

OK Now Folks... this is the most peculiar situation I've encountered to date
with Visa/IE... Here's what I've done and here's what's going on... I'm

SSD and Bitlocker

Is there any data out there as to whether or not solid state drives improve
system performance while using bitlocker? We have some laptops with TPM
chips that tend to run like slugs. I'm looking for some way to improve the
performance and thought SSD might be the answer.
