Hi, as I told in object, this issue happens on two notebook (a vaio and a
toshiba) when I use wireless connection.
Both notebooks have vista business with sp1 and they are connected to a sbs
2003 domain server. In the same lan there are also two notebooks with xp pro
sp2 and they work correctly.

Trouble sharing Win98 Printer with Vista

Why is Vista so snarky about connecting to a shared Windows 98 printer wired
to a Win98 PC ? It gives some unintelligible error message. I did figure
out how to configure a local printer port on the Vista PC to connect to the
Win98 printer share but why such heroics are required is beyond me.

Unable to Ping Server By Name

This is really strange One of my vista machine stopped resloved the
server by name . I can ping the server by IP address but not by name.
All the other client machines on the network can do it by both. it is
a problem because one of my programs will not work because of it Also
