Windows Movie Maker cutting clips

I've been using WMM for over a year and have only recently begun to
experience this problem.
When I drag a clip into the imported media section, some of them will
split into different files. Example: I drag "fluffy clouds" file into
imported media. It shows up in the folder as three different clips:

Windows Photo Gallery in same window?

hi,
I want to know if it's possible to have one window 'Windows Photo
Gallery'? every time I click on a jpg I have new window open. I just
want to have it open in same window (like in the former picture viewer
in Win XP).

installed also nero, wmpclassic also i have downloaded ace mega codecs but

Running Vista Home Premium + SP1. Have just found today that WMP will
not run. It worked ok yesterday & have not had any MS updates.
I get message that version number is 11.0.6001.7000 when 11.0.5721.5145
was expected. When I follow instructions to re-install, I find that
"latest" install downloaded from MS site ...

No other programs running, source files are jpgs, mpegs, maybe 20 clips
and pictures, mostly fades form one to the other and a bit of text over
video. That's about it.

Okay I have read several different options on how to fix my movie maker
that crashes when I publish. I have already unchecked all the
compadabilty things, also I ahve tried the volume control instead of
mute when I edit my video. Im running a dell inspiron 530s with vista
home premium 32-bit and I'm going crazy try ...

Stereo recording in Vista

Hi, I have severe problems making stereo recordings in Vista.
I use a Soundblaster X-Fi sound card and EXPstudio Audio Editor
(freeware) for recordings. It has worked fine until recently, and I
suspect the problem may have occurred when I installed another freeware
audio editor: Audacity.

filing pictures

Oh the frustration of new computer programs!! What is the easiest way,
once I have down loaded photos from my camera to file them? On my long
lost friend 'XP' I simply used to right click and file them with one
click, now I am dragging them ontop desktop and then dragging them to
the various files. Please help!:(
