Windows Mail has stopped working

Hi everybody,
I can't start Windows Mail.
I get following meggage on the screen:
Windows Mail has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows woll close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.
I'll appreciate your help.

Lost Contacts Vista Mail

My Contact list in my Vista Mail has disappeared. I would like to recover it
if possible. I have a 3 week old Acronis True Image Home 11.0 on an external
hard drive. The 'Contacts' folder in the back ups is empty. I have Microsoft
Office 2007 installed but use Vista Mail. My last Microsoft update was
9/10/08 ...
