Hi,
I have two computers set up as nearly the same as I can make them,
running Vista home premium 32 bit and Windows Mail 6.0.6000.16386
I have several e-mail accounts with different ISPs, some accounts using
the ISP as the "supplier" and others hosted by the ISP but having .co.uk
extensions.

Windows Mail reverting to old server

I'm trying to fix my mother-in-law's Vista email. She just moved from KS
to TX. In KS she used Cox as her provider and Windows Mail as her app.
In TX she uses
Time Warner (Road Runner).

I find the fact that Windows Mail cannot be used to access my Hotmail
account to be very disappointing, Microsoft is forcing me to use a different
email client.
As a long time MS supporter I do not understand their attitude.

Sent Items folder

Is there any way to prevent NG posts being saved in the 'Sent Items' folder?
I want to keep my sent e-mails - but I don't want to keep my sent NG posts
which just clog up the folder.

E-mail folders not recognized

I have created various sub-folders in my Windows Mail account to
categorize / organize my e-mail messages by topic. Problem is, when I
go to export or back up the messages by going to the Windows Mail folder
on my C Drive, the sub-folders do not show up. Somehow it seems like

the picture didn't come through.
