Can I delete WNNT folder after Vista Upgrade?

I just upgraded an old machine to Vista. I now have a Windows folder
and a Windows.old folder as well as a WINNT folder. I noticed that I
don't have the WINNT folder on my new computer with Vista x64. I know I
can delete the Windows.old folder ... can I also delete the WINNT
folder?

I am running Vista x64 Ultimate & other apps on a 150GB WD Raptor.
Storage is taken care of by 2 x 1TB WD SATA2 drives in a RAID 0 setup.
I noticed that the file "msdia80.dll" is installed in the root of the
