Vista Business Upgrade - Can I use XP Pro on another PC?

Just upgraded a PC to Vista Business; the license is an upgrade. Does is
still "tie" the original XP Pro license to the PC, or can I use it on
another PC or laptop?

How can you load Vista using the XP bootloader (boot.ini)?

There is a reason I'm doing things in this peculiar way, bear with me
and tell if you know the answer, please tell.
The test system has one harddrive with 2 primary partitons:
- FAT 100MB
- NTFS 100GB
The 1. partition has DOS installed, and uses the old XP bootloader
The 2. partition has Vista Business 32bit ...

It looks like a lot of these posts are out of date (the links do not
work), so here is what worked for me.
When the computer is starting up press Ctrl-F to enter RAID setup.
If you only have one drive, set up a RAID array using Stripping.
Make sure number of drives in your RAID setup is 1 (if only using 1

When I open a "Microsoft Word" document
and select file>print,
a window opens with the title bar "Print".
When I open a publisher document and select file>print,

Vista SP1 update done but won't startup

I updated and installed the Vista Service Pack 1 completely and
successfully last night, and as it reboots, it goes to a black screen
with something that looks like a file and registry data check, around
3 minutes it stops at this registry and won`t go through, this is what
the screen says:
