Hi folks,
I've decided to give Vista a try and I'm attempting to install Vista
Ultimate x64, but unfortunately with no success.
I did read the many useful posts on this forum and I've downloaded the
required drivers. But I seem to be stuck at the very beginning, with the

For those that stumble onto this thread looking for a resolution like I
did:
Boot to your Vista DVD, open a command prompt from the repair options,
and type bootrec.exe /FixBoot

Intel 915 GMA 900 128MB shared video card

I have a new PC with Home Premium SP1 and tried to upgrade install using my
Ultimate (original release)upgrade DVD but get a messgae that I cannot
upgrade to a lesser version.
So how do I use the upgrade disk that I have paid for.

Hi,
My Vista Home premium PC was working fine (6 months) until yesterday. I
found it had turned itself off. I turned it back on and it tried to
