Change the background of a specific folder in explorer view in VISTA HOME BASIC?

Is there a way to take a single folder and change the background of it like
in WIN98?
IE: You can change the font, font color, background picture, ETC...
Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Disk Read Error During Install

We are running XP Pro (sp2) (Upgrading to Vista Ultimate)
My son, preparing for College, was able to purchase Vista Ultimate upgrade
for 20 bucks. Can't beat that. However, when trying to upgrade to Vista,

TOOLS menu MISSING from windows

Hi,
Was helping a friend today to delouse his virus infested PC's. One is a
Windows Vista Home Premium installation, and the other a Windows XP.
What I noticed is that on the Vista PC there is no [Tools] menu in the
folder windows (ie. in windows explorer). (IIRC, there didn't seem to be

single SATA to Raid 1

I've just received my Dell Optiplex 755 with Vista Ultimate and 2x250 SATA
drives.
I asked Dell to configure the 2 disks as RAiD 1 but it turned up with the
two disks as separate SATA drives.
I want to migrate the already installed sytem to RAID 1.
So far, I used the Complete PC Backup to create a backup ...

Hi all i just built my own pc and purchased an OEM Vista home premium 64bit.
Specs: ASUS p5K PRO MOBO
COre 2 Q6600
4GB DDR2 Corsair
Western digital 640MB
Now the build went fine and it all seems good so far...then i inserted the
