HD Light Continually Lights Up

Yikes ... I need some help. I installed Vista Ultimate x64 a couple of
days agon a new computer and ever since then the hard disk light is
continually flickering. I've done some searching but haven't come up
with any resolution.
I've run perfmon and watched the "writes" and here are the files
involved:

Raid drives not seen when third drive is added

I have been able to install vista ultimate 64 to a mirrored raid drive
setup.
On the bios - asus m2npv-vm (nvidia) - I have the two sata drive
connections set as raid enabled.
I have the other two sata drive connections set as raid NOT enabled.

Reduce size of User Profile

My User profile is over 20Gb in size and I'd like to reduce it's size
and hopefully increase the speed of my machine in the process.
How do I do this?:confused:
Windows XP home (Media centre), upgraded to Windows Vista home premium.
The only profile on the machine.

This solution didn't work for me. I did all the steps and replaced
the
registry key, but nothing happened, i kept getting the same error.
I have the problem kinda pinpointed though: at least in my case, it's
caused by one of the windows updates - i haven't figured out which
one

The file not found that ms.com says is the cause of the error is
correct. however, their specific solution about a user file may be only
one of the causes.
In my case, after getting this file on install, I first changed the
boot order to be HD first, then CD. Then, on a force boot from CD I was
able to narrow do ...

Retail CD key on a technet downloaded iso?

A while ago I purchased a retail copy of Vista Ultimate (pre-sp1) and more
recently a technet subscription. As I tend to to reformat my computer and
reinstall windows quite regularly, am I OK to download an iso of Vista
Ultimate with SP1 already on it from technet, and use my own CD key to
install it ...

Hi all, I am basically having problems with my Vista. It is Windows
Vista Home Premium SP1. So, I was thinking to either re-install it
(which I do not have the DVD and need to buy it) or do a Windows
Business upgrade which is cheaper. Can someone help me or give
suggestions?

Just installed Ultimate, was using Home Prem. I don't know if it is my
