Power Options- Desire Hibernate

I have recently installed Vista Home Premium. When I try to shut down by
clicking the arrow next to the lock, Hibernate is not an offered option,
only Shut down or Sleep + log off etc. If I choose sleep the machine shuts
down for 15-45 seconds and then comes on, I suspect because of the 64

Double pages opening up

Whenever I open a page on the web a second page opens which is blank
When I close the main page, the second blank page is still there and I have
to close this as well
I operate Vista
I have tried adjusting add ons but to no avail
Has anyone got any answers to this anoying problem? ...

I took my computer to another location and hooked it up to a monitor that I
had previously used. Both the previous monitor and the one I am trying to

Security center reports firewall and Antivirus that has been uninstalled

Hello.
I had installed Comodo, which is a piece of junk Firewall and Antivirus
package. I have uninstalled it. In theory it is gone from my system.
However, Windows Security Center still reports:
Comodo Firewall is ON
Comodo Antivirus is ON (and out of date)

Vista Startup Problem

Computer did an automatic restart, but wouldn't start. Gave me two
options.
1 - Launch Startup Repair
2 - Start Windows Normally
Option 2 just brings me back to this message, option 1 starts the
process but states windows cannot repair this computer automatically.

HP Recovery Drive

I have a HP Pavillion dv6000 upgraded to Vista Home Premium 32-Bit version.

Save Game File Error

I posted this on Vista.games, but I thought maybe I should ask in this group
too.
This started a couple days ago. My computer did not lock up or lose power,
so I'm not sure why it's happening.
Anyway, whenever I reboot my computer both FreeCell and Spider Solitaire

Internet Explorer has stopped working

Please help with wierd problem - window stuck with title bar only

For some reason Vista's onscreen keyboard window has become locked in
a title bar with no way to expand it:
