Adding a folder to the start menu

Hello. I access a subfolder of the Documents folder very frequently. How
could I add this folder to the start menu. When I say start menu, I mean the
right-side of the menu that appears when you click the green Windows button

I use Network magic to run my wireless network. I just installed an
update and now it won't run. One of the steps to fix the problem
requires me to change the name of a Windows folder

Panda Security / Viruschecker is a bad joke on me.

It only partly registers on the computer and thus
nags for repeat registerions.
