Computer crashes when playing COD4

Hi!
Got a problem. My computer gets shut down from time to time when I am
playing COD4 for no visible reason.
I checked the logbook and found out several errors that occured almost at
the same time (see timestamp):

Hey,
I just installed this game but it stutters heavily and in the main menu
i can't see the mouse.
It isn't my system I have a AMD HD4850 an E8400 , even FarCry2 works
perfectly.
Can it be that this game isn't vista x64 proof??

Tilde key unresponsive

ive been having problems with the tilde key on my Asus laptop. at first
it was that it didint work at all, in games, in microsoft works, or
notepad. i went searching online and disabled the driver for the eHome
ir receiver (even though i dont own an ir receivers). after that i was
able to use the tild key only outs ...

i had recently bought a new computer with vista and install Far Cry and
it runs but with one big problem everything is grey, there are no
textures or anything does anyone have any solutions?

Nvidia driver problem

Hi, can anyone help with the following please?
I have been getting some problems in FSX mostly with intermittant
stuttering and jagged lines. This occurs with the sliders toward minimum. I
was advised to download the latest driver from Nvidia website as I am still
using 171.16 and the latest driver is 178.24 ...

Vista Flight Sim X deluxe and MSXML4 Problem !!

After installing Vista update on 12th Nov 08 MS Flight Simulator X
deluxe stopped working with the message "The MSXML4 SP2 component is not
