unable to install nvidia driver

Hello everyone,
I am trying to install nvidia driver (R180763) 53 MB, which applies to
GeForce 8400M and GS. I had it downloaded to my desktop, unzipped it
with 7ZIP, and ran it. I was told to create a folder
C:\Dell\Drivers\R180763, clicked yes, and it said it's unable to create
the folder.( See screenshot link )

My computer is compatible with all these games and runs them fine but I
cannot here the sound effects on my older games like tiberium sun, red alert
2, and diablo 2. This is not music sound problems its sound effect problems
i dont here people talking to me like they did with windows xp and I dont

Ok so I just went out and bought the Warhammer 40 k Dawn of War Platinum
Edition, which is it plus 2 expansions. But when I put the disk into the DVD
RW it flashes up with a blue screen and I get a message "A thread tried to

FSX

New computer. Vista Home Premium.
FSX continually stops loading and have to restart the loading process. Six
times to get it loaded, but all sytems not functioning.
Loaded Accelerator crashed whole system had to do repair of FSX and start
over again with continual stoppage. Don't know where to go from here. I ...

will often begin making a harsh crackily buzzing noise. THis is not a game
noise but sounds like feedback crackling. TO the point we have to turn the

I can download games from all the websites i.e. Big Fish etc but when it
comes to Bigpond.com it appears to download but then I get a message that
says a problem stopped the program from working correctly. Windows will
close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I have just bought Medieval 2 gold edition and am having problems getting it
to run.
all goes fine till the game tries to load.The intro is perfect but as the
