Joystick problem with Vista

Hi, :)
I have a problem with my joystick on vista 32 and 64.
The Joystick works fine but the problem that windows vista did not
sense that I'm using it. So after period of time the monitor goes to
stand by and I have to press a button or move the mouse to start the
monitor again !
Maybe someone will say stop mon ...

Sim City 4 and running it in a window

I've been trying to get Sim City 4 to run in a window instead of the usual
Fullscreen mode. I have put the -w at the end of the target, even with the
space between the exe and the -w and it's not working. It keeps booting into

I have been having problems trying to run games I have downloaded from this
site. I purchased one, downloaded it and had no problems trying to reopen and
replay the game. I got a couple of others, they download, I can play them
once but never can open them again.
I also noticed if I opt for the "Run" option ...

First time here so if this has been asked before i`m sorry, but I`ve been
trying to get one of my older games working in Vista Home 32bit,
the game is "Cannon Fodder" has anyone one got a patch, or something
that is easy to set up to let you play older games.
