Agents stuck in "Pending"

Hi,
Two of my client got stuck in "Pending Managment" but do not show on the
console screen.
If i try to Re-Discover them it tell me that they are already in "Pending"
but i cannot see them, i've tried Rebooting, Reinstalling manually but
nothing works
did someone encounter this ?

I installed the OpMgr2007 new in our company, deployed some agents and now I
try to configure
it for our purpose.
The mail notification is working, but not for every alert. I tried to find
out why ist that and how to change

I seewhere Log shipping is supported for the OpsBD. what about for the DW?
i've read somewhere tha something about truncating transaction logs makes log

Hi Mzungu,
Download the security guide http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/opsmgr/bb498235.aspx
and verify all your account permissions. Also look in the local event log
and raise auditing on your SQL server, see if you can get any more info about
which account that can not access the database.
