Monitor Vs Rule

I need to create a custom monitor to monitor a service. When I create a
custom rule i uncheck the box to enable the rule and override with a specific
group to enable for that group. Question I have: When I create a monitor I
don't see the option to uncheck the box to disable the monitor. I would like

Hello OpsMgr Community, a little late but here it is.
If you are installing this on OpsMgr RTM, you'll need to install the hotfix
first that is INCLUDED in the package in the \KB945312 RTM ONLY QFE
directory. If you are installing this on OpsMgr SP1, just import as you
normally would.

Reserved Tasks in Health Service tasks

I have SP1 and in the 'Active Alerts' view when selecting an alert and then
looking down the right hand side in the actions pane under 'Health Service
Tasks' I see nine tasks called 'Reserved'
If I go into the authoring tab and select 'Tasks' and scope to all objects I

Cannot create dynamic group in SP1 - big bug

I think I found a big bug! There is no possibility to create Dynamic
Group as there is no possibility to choose any property from any
target. The Expression field is just empty and nothing to choose from! ...

Can Management Packs not in the SP1 distribution, E.g. DNS, DHCP, etc..., be
imported into OpsMgr 2007 SP1 or do we have to wait for MS to update them to
work in SP1?

Logging service not exist alert for all updated agents

Since updating our SCOM from SP1 RC to SP1 RTM and overridingwe got every 24
hours an alert for each updated agent: "Logging service not exist" with alert
description "MISSING EVENT: $Criteria$".
Did someone know this behaviour? Is there a solution else then again an
override? ...
