WMI Event Module Failed Execution after Cluster Discovery Fix MP

installing the Cluster MP Discovery Fix MP? For us it started happening

when I try to connect to this namespace using wbemtest.exe I get error for

Big bug in performance view

I have a clean installation of OPsmgr Sp1 on a cluster which is producing
the following warning in the Operations Manager event log:

Event ID: 10401

Missing value in Path column after SP1 RTM

I have noticed that the alerts generated by MP's I have imported after
upgrading to SP1 RTM as well as custom alert generating rules and monitors do
not include a value in the Path column of the Monitoring console. All of the
MP's and customizations that generate alerts which were pre-existing to the
upgrade ...

I have been seeing this since upgrading to SP1. any insight as to what
causes it. It seems like just noise but not sure on root cause.
I see a lot of these warnings for all sorts of different
monitors/rules/discoveries that don't have remotable=true set.
