Formatting Alerts sent from SCOM 2007 to HP OVO

Engyro TEC Connector error

I am getting the following error in the log on the EXD:
"com.tivoli.tec.event_delivery.transport.socket.SenderSocketTransport
connect
The portmapper call to server "<server>/<IP>" failed." ~~I replaced the
FQDN and IP values
Events are getting added to the engyroTEC.cache but are not getting

Update alert- entry with external ticket- ID

I plan to create (in some cases) automatic tickets in a third party helpdesk
tool (vendor is helpLine). The other way, I want to update the alert
properties with ticket number of this tool.
Do you know any connector or other way to solve this request?

Engyro Web Service Error 404

The Engyro Web Service on TEC was running fine for quite a while and now I am
getting this error using IE to check for the web service:
HTTP ERROR: 404
/EngyroXDv3/EngyroXDv3WS Not Found
RequestURI=/EngyroXDv3/EngyroXDv3WS

As we want to migrate our MOM2005 รข?? Monitoring to SCOM 2007 not with a big
bang:
Is it possible on the OVO site to run the MOM2005-to-OVO-Connector
EXD-Deamon besides the SCOM2007-to-OVO-Connector EXD-Deamon on the same OVO
server at the same time?

EXD Configuration Keywords

Where can I get a good explanation of what the keywords are for in the EXD
config ? I'm also interested in how I can modify them on the EXD server and
have them be persistent. I have updated the ServerLocation value but when I
restart EXD it gets overwritten.

Failed connecting to EXD

Multible connector instances

Sort of related to my post on connectionless config. If I had additional
connector installations, would a lack of ACK from TEC cause SCOM to use the
secondary or is it only the heartbeat that determines when the primary may be
unavailable ?

I am using a TEC connector in an environment where I am unable to acknowlege
the connector from TEC. The events are placed in cache and collected from the
