epc.exe works when running it to change user and password but only when the
orginal user that installed the TEC connector for OPS MGR runs it. Has anyone
else had this problem? ...

forwarding state changes with "Engyro"-SCOM to OVO connector

Hi,
is it possible to forward state changes from SCOM to OVO somehow. With
subscriptions I only see the possibility to forward alerts. Do I really have
to write overrites for all the rules of the sealed MPs. These thoughts are
driving me nuts.
Please tell me how I can get out of that. (maybe with the rol ...

I am working on generating auto ticket from OpsMgr2007 to ITSM (FrontRange)
product. I have the XML file with all fields configure for the ticketing
system. Question I have is how would i plug that into OpsMgr so that it would

Via EngryoTEConfig, we enable a number of optional fields to be sent to TEC.
We saw the content of most optional fields received successfully on TEC side.
However, the monitoring obj display name is not one of the fields..

Hi,
I have installed the Engyro OM2007 to HP OVO Product Connector and the
service is successfully started but i can't forward the events to the ovo
server showing error ID 2059 "2008-05-25 10:14:22,107 Error decoding
password: Key not valid for use in specified state."
Although i am sure of the password ...

When I go the configuration site I get the message "Action canceled"
It seems to work but I cannot change the settings!
