Hi,
We cant start the engyro daemons.. get an access denied error.
Is there any way we can reset the wsuser password to the one that we
used during install?
Or do we have to reinstall the whole application?
Is there any good troubleshooting tips page i can look on?

shows we are properrly connected and everything is working. Both the SCOM and

I would like to ask you about working with Connected Management Groups. I
know that RMS servers from different Management Groups communicate on port
5724. Is it possible to connect groups from untrusted domains "directly"?
What about certificates? Is this connection secure and encrypted?

SCOM to TEC (Tivoli) connector not forwarding from subscription.

My SCOM to TEC connector is not auto-forwarding alerts to TEC. When I
manually choose "Forward to" -> "Engyro TEC connector" for an alert, it will
forward successfully. The ResolutionState value (50) is the primary criteria
for fowarding the alert, when I manually or automatically change the value
from 0 ...

Did anyone succeed in getting this IBM Netcool Probe installed properly? We
been trying & trying ... but seem to be stuck with a certificates "thing".
The IBM doc is so confusing that we have no clue what they actually want us
to do ...

Followed the Engyro User Guide and the installation on the HP OVO
Server, the OpsMgr (RMS) and the WebConsole installed successfully.
