SCOM even viewer error

Within the event viewer of my rms server I have seen the event listed below
for just about every monitored machine. All monitored servers are either
Win03 (Sp1 or SP2 -x32 or x64) or Win2k(SP4). My RMS box(just one, no others)
is WIN03 SP2 x64. Every agent install was done manually. We had a consultant
setup ...

How does Connector run?

I got loads of info at MSDN and JAKUB's Blog regarding using SDK from
SCOM 2007. I am just a little confussed in regards to Connectors. Is
the final product (i.e. Connector) runs as a process or service? So if
I have a binary say myconnector.exe. Do I just run it from DOS prompt
or double clicking on it, in this ...
